Experiencing the joy of ‘Mother’s Day’!
A mother. A serene expression of love. A woman who puts a tranquil form of joy in our lives. A person who is ever ready to offer unconditional love and support. Someone who always has her arms wide open to embrace us with warmth. The one who does not put an expiration date to her generosity or grace. A woman of individual charm. These would be a few definitions of a mother.
14th of May is celebrated as ‘MOTHER’S DAY’ to recognise and honour the unconditional love of mothers in the world. This day is devoted in appreciation and acknowledgment towards the selfless love of a mother. Mother’s Day throughout the world is a joyous and exuberant day celebrating the family or individual, as well as motherhood, maternal bonds, and the influence of mothers in our society.
Mothers everywhere with an altruistic heart are the stronghold of every family. The achievement of her children is her greatest joy. She puts herself through a tough today for her children to have a comfortable tomorrow. Often letting go of her comforts and desires. A life lived selflessly for her family and loved ones.
Asha Handicrafts Association honours every mother who works with our artisan groups, at the various craft centres. They are empowered with job opportunities that helps them contribute financially to their families and gives them the dignity and honour they deserve. Asha Handicrafts prioritises their needs and joy and upholds them with support and care.
‘Asha’ makes it possible for a mother to be the supporting backbone of her family; while she sees, her dreams and aspirations become a reality. The ‘Mother’ has hope for her family with the hope poured into her life by ASHA HANDICRAFT ASSOCIATION.
