Women empowerment

We believe, 'when a woman is empowered, she uplifts 4 more people with her.' today, we are proud to have empowered more than 300 women artisans.

Community Development

Community upliftment is always our prime goal at Asha Handicrafts. It is our endeavour to support and uplift the communities we work with through medical aid and education projects.

Save the Environment

Sustainable development is at the heart of everything we do. We encourage the use of raw materials from sustainably-managed sources and aim to replenish the wood resources we use. Mango trees, used to make intricate wooden boxes are regularly replanted. Sheesham wood is sourced from authorised timber mills and areas that are under government protection.

Break the cycle of poverty

Children of employed parents are more likely to stay in school, in turn leading to better employability for them in future. Your purchase will help them to break the cycle of poverty.
